By accessing or using the services of People & Culture at Work ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Su Joun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
People & Culture at Work provides:
Services are provided remotely via video conferencing (primarily Zoom) unless otherwise arranged.
Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, or approved scheduling tools. Confirmation will be provided via email. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Client Cancellations:
Our Cancellations: If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. However, coaching relationships do not have the same legal protections as attorney-client or doctor-patient relationships.
Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling, or medical/legal advice. Our coaching services are professional guidance and advisory in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a licensed therapist, counselor, or physician. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of People & Culture at Work and Su Joun. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Session materials provided to clients are for personal use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Sessions may be recorded only with mutual written consent. Recordings are for the participants' personal use and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Refunds for unused services will be provided per the refund policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
